How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online 24/7 through our booking system, give us a call at (312) 955-0083, or visit us in erson at 300 W Grand Ave, Chicago. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and popular time slots.
What are your hours?
Tuesday-Thursday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed (available by request)
Where are you located?
We're in River North at 300 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60654. We're easily accessible by public transportation and have convenient parking options nearby.
How do I get to the salon?
Parking: Metered street parking available on Grand Ave and surrounding streets. Self-park garage at Kinzie Street Parking Garage (351 W Kinzie St) is just a short walk away.
Public Transit: Red Line to Grand Station (2 blocks east), or take the #65 Grand bus which stops nearby.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just bring yourself and any inspiration photos you'd like to share with your stylist! If you have specific hair products or tools you use at home, feel free to bring those as well so we can discuss them.
How should I prepare my hair for color services?
Please come with clean, dry hair for all color services. This helps ensure proper color results and adhesion. Hair that is overly dirty or oily may require extra clarifying treatments, which will increase the service cost. If you're unsure about preparation, feel free to call or text us before your appointment.
How much do services cost?
All pricing at Reverie Salon is starting at and may vary based on the stylist, hair length, density, and desired result. Haircuts start at $75 and go up to $500 depending on the stylist and service level. Balayage and color services start at the listed booking price and do not include a toner. Toner is charged by the gram when needed as part of a color service, or starts at $75 as a standalone add-on to a haircut or blowout. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary by service:
- Haircuts: 60-90 minutes
- Color services: 2-4 hours
- Balayage/highlights: 3-5 hours
- Treatments: 30-60 minutes

We work with the best brands in the industry and can recommend products specifically for your hair type and needs. Ask your stylist about take-home products during your appointment.

Do you do Short Haircuts?
Yes, we provide expert haircuts and styling for all genders.
Is there an age minimum for services?
We welcome clients of all ages! For children under 12, please let us know when booking so we can allocate appropriate time and ensure the best experience.
What if I'm running late?
Please call us as soon as possible if you're running late. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but appointments running more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to respect other clients' time.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! We love rewarding our clients for spreading the word. When you refer a friend to Reverie Salon, you'll receive a credit toward your next service once they complete their first appointment.
